They didn't provide a refund, even though they chose the shipper and prepared the package, nor did they lift a finger to help with FedEx, who explained that they would only reimburse the party that paid for shipping. I went back and forth with them several times but they blew me off since I'm out of state. I learned they have several BBB complaints against them (no wonder). I would avoid doing business with them at all costs. There are other great retailers out there who will take care of their customers."

Selection was good for entry level headphones but there were only a few models of relatively higher end headphones. This was unfortunate, but understandable. Mike patiently let me try the headphones out and looked up information on the pairs I was interested in. The selection of speakers, amplifiers, turntables and other audio equipment was extensive."
