"Been going here for 12 years now take vehicles yearly since I have 6 of my own but unfortunately they have lost mine and my family's business I must have gone on a slow day was over priced for a piece I was quoted 60$ and was charged 200$ when the same piece of plastic is on ebay for 45$I should of gone that way to begin with but I figured 15$ extra to support a local shop is nothing but it must of been a bad day money wise and they upcharged triple to a loyal customer !when I said I was quoted 60$not to mention a mechanic shop that fixed my burnt shorted wiring harness said it was due to the alarm being stalled not properly but sloppy. Losing 1 customer probably don't matter but I know a ton of people in this town and word to mouth comes a long way. I run a automotive shop and obviously we gotta mark up prices to keep it going but a 4 times mark up is insane for an old truck piece that every other shop sells for 70$"

"Had a touch screen radio installed about a year ago, it always leaned towards the bottom right corner and I wondered why. I finally checked it out and found out they only used zip ties to hold it in, there were 4 screws and 2 brackets missing. Not sure what happened, good customer service but bad installation."
