"On Friday 12/22 I went to this store and I wanted to try on a pair of sneakers, I asked the person who was there for help (a woman who also speaks Spanish) I asked for size 7.5 and the only thing she did was give me the sample one It was a size 8 (it wasn't my size and it was too big for me) then I wanted to try on others and he told me that he was going to check, it lasted 10 minutes standing there doing nothing behind me (I realized it when a lot of time had passed) he continued Standing there without doing anything, without telling me anything, she never took the time to look for the shoes I wanted to try on.
