"Unacceptable! We had to force the GM to even gave his name!! When he finally did and we told him that we got the wrong order because we had to drive all the way back there to come pick up our pizza that was the actual order and he said that he couldn’t put it in the computer as a delivery or else, it would cost them money ?!!! So it’s OK for us to pay for gas money to go there but it’s not OK for them to pay for their mistake to come to us ?!!!!! How does that make any sense? ?!!!"

"I’m very disappointed because first off they always get my order wrong. I always ask for square cut and well done and it NEVER HAPPENS…then when I do car side pick up where they have 2min to come out, they’re always late and they stop the timer waaay before the pizza comes out…cheaters!!"

"I just received my order via delivery, I ordered because me and my husband were hungry and know that not many places will delivery late. I opened the box and started eating my slices right away, my husband pointed out that the slices I have not touched had long hair strands on the pizza. I tried to call the store to notify them about 6 times and their phone lines go straight to disconnect. I am completely disgusted and 100% unsatisfied."

"Dominos doesn’t pay their employees anywhere near enough money for them to actually pay attention to the details of your order. It is no fault of the employees. It’s how dominos is structured and why they have such a high turnover rate for employees. Dominos tends to be very busy and one problem in particular that always seems to happen. The garlic sauce they apply to the bread twists and crust gets WAYYY over applied and ends up soaking through the cardboard box and spilling everywhere the box goes. Also don’t ever bother making cooking instructions like “well done” or light oil."
