"For your safety PLEASE DON'T HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE! Brought my new Kia in for its first routine oil change. Waited two hours with an appointment and when it was done, they told me my tire PSIs were all 19. I knew this wasn't right because I'd just had tires checked at America's Tire the week before and they were all 35, plus common sense would indicate that I wouldn't suddenly have four flats with no sign of nails etc. The woman at the desk tried telling me that it was because it's cold out but they inflated them, and I would need to make another multi-hour appointment to figure out what was wrong with my Kia's monitoring system. Thankfully I checked the tires myself when I left and I found they'd overinflated my tires all the way to 47. Immediately brought the car back and had them check with a new gauge. Sure enough, their tire gauge was faulty and there is nothing wrong with my car. For what it's worth, I'm 9 months pregnant and I cannot believe they put me and my baby in a risky situation. Manager Daniel didn't even comp my oil--wrote me a freebie for "next time." Yikes. TLDR: They seriously overinflated my tires even though I only wanted an oil change, tried to tell me it was a problem with my car, and put me at risk."

"Sitting in the waiting area as my car gets its 7,500 mile service check, it occurs to me that it’s the perfect time to share how much I appreciate my 2023 Kia Niro. Its clean lines, ample leg room and storage make it great for me and my husband. The Niro’s best asset, however, IS THE INCREDIBLE GAS MILEAGE. It averages 48 MPG!
