"Absolutely horrible experience! I’ve been going to Walmart for years and I have never had such a bad experience with a manager ever! I pull in and I turn my car off and my car is totally fine and I walk around my car to get my purse And it was a very quiet day there, so it wasn’t very loud and you could hear everything let’s keep that in mind! When I come back, they tell me I have a flat tire and air is shooting out of my tire. I walk out and you can hear it. It’s so loud. You can hear it across the parking lot. This was not something that was happening when I parked my car.! So I take it across the street and have them put my spare on and then I go home and I call Walmart because my husband pulled a key out of the tire and Walmart would not take responsibility when it was a completely their fault and it happened in the auto center. The manager was so rude. I will never ever go back.! The air coming out of my tire was so unbelievably loud that if I parked my car and turned it off while they took my info, I would’ve definitely heard it. It was screeching air.! The new manager sucks, and I will never go back!"

"The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I couldn’t be more clear about what I need and the robots in the shop still didn’t understand. When they couldn’t figure it out I was transferred to someone else who was equally as rude. When I had made my rounds on the phone I was then hung up on. I literally thought they were playing games with me."

"Boy was I surprised. I got one of their worthless road hazard warranty. I brought a tire back because I have a road hazard. Well the tech cut tried convincing me that it was repairable. I said no I was told that the damage to sidewall. When I finally convinced him of that he said that the tread was low to some magical line and there was no coverage on it. then he said well it's not quite low to that point but the most we can give you a $6 for a new tire. Now I see what's the difference between Walmart tire warranty and Sam's Club. Then he checked my tires and said all they all are getting low. I told him I didn't even go to 45, 000 miles but he just really didn't want to have a say well maybe you can contact the manufacturer and that was it"

"service ok but we thought we were getting the basic but actually charged us for the next package price. On the receipt it listed the services dine to car. They checked off widows were washed and floors vacuumed and neither was done. that really upset me considering we paid more money for these extra perks"

"I have had good and bad experiences at this location. The amount of effort invested by employees can make or break it. My most recent visit was full of bad news regarding my vehicle however thanks to Richard going above and beyond the standard level of service it was a positive experience. He took the time to explain the situation and even took pictures to show me since I am in a wheelchair and couldn't go see for myself. And all this effort was right at closing time! People like Richard are so rare these days and I appreciate him very much!"
