"Made an appointment for a haircut at 4:30. Waited until 4:45 before I left. Absolutely ridiculous that you have to wait around for 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment. What's the point of making an appointment if you have to sit around for 15 minutes? You would think the hair stylist would know what her schedule was so that she didn't take a walk in before her scheduled appointment. Been going here for a few years and won't be coming back."
