"Picked up 2 medium pizzas. The crust was so dry, they didn’t use enough cheese! It seemed like the pizzas were from this morning and they reheated them! Nothing like the Pizza Hut I once knew! Called the store they said I have to drive back bring the pizza for them to remakes it! Did get apologies at least! Try else were people! It’s not the same."
"Worst customer service I’ve ever had the fat manager refused to make a new pizza after it was cold and looked like it was sitting for hours, she then started to make it but then when I requested her to add a simple ingredient she told me she couldn’t when every other Pizza Hut never has a problem adding a free ingredient. DO NOT GO HERE"
"Terrible service. I ordered on the app and mistakenly put an item that was carryout only. Ok fine my bad. After making the order and holding on to it for almost 30 minutes, I called the location and asked for it to be delivered, (I am at a nearby motel, with no car). They refused to remake the order, so cold pizza is better than no pizza. I guess"
