"Excellent experience! Called for a quote on brakes and Julio beat everyone on the best price. Rear brakes and rotors on my car are very difficult to do and include dropping the control arm and dismounting the strut, which is why I didn't want to do it myself. They got both sides off and back on in about an hour and were extremely courteous. I would recommend this shop to anybody. Julio and his father are stand-up guys and charged me what they quoted me, despite it being a tougher job than they anticipated."
"My family and I were driving from Fresno to Morro Bay and I our tire shredded due to potholes in Atascadero. It was almost 6pm on a Friday. All the shops were closing and no spare tire! A real s.o.l. time because many places were closed til Monday. I called Gutierrez auto repair and they were so friendly! A father and son owned business and they were so kind. Helped us get a tire, change it, and way more help than they should have. My family Isa little extra and they were so nice. Thank you Charro and Julio. Mucha respeto"

We stopped by here and although he was not able to repair my vehicle due to a major engine issue and the possibility of warranty being involved, he was professional and courteous from start to finish.
