Figueroa's Tires

"I bought tires from the Atascadero store , I buy a huge amount of tires for my family cars as well as my business vehicles, I stopped into do business with Avila traffic division next door, I stopped into ask prices on tires ,I have done business with oceano store as well as Santa Maria, but the owner of Atascadero store who is the nephew of the oceano store and son of the Santa Maria store was very friendly and I ended up buying a set of tires from him no price check anything he ordered them I had a job up In Paso Robles so two days later I went in got the tires put on , I travel between Idaho and California a lot , when I bought the tires it came with verbal agreement rotating and tire pressure check , do on my way to Idaho from nipomo I stopped to get a rotation and a pressure check,we’ll they wanted to charge me $35. So i said it was supposed to be free, so I don’t always drive this truck, I bought them about 8 months ago, I put the pressure in my tires myself and then I was leaving and Ethan the guy working’s said he was sorry but 3 months ago they stopped doing free rotations, well shouldn’t I be grandfathered in , well they have lost my business."

"I went here for years when it was Ernie's and was always happy. I went back to give the new owner a try and was very disappointed. I had a nail in the tire, and he did a quick patch. It still leaked, so I took it back. They said the patch wasn't leaking, so they didn't fix anything. Went to another shop to get it fixed. It was a valve stem, but it still needed fixing. I'll never be back."
