The pizza is delicious, but they charge a service fee for doing business in California, that is tacked on as an added fee. You also have to pay extra for Parmesan. For one large pizza, 2 toppings, we paid $27.09 out the door. An online order would have been $17.52 out the door."

"$27.99 pizza turned into $50 with tip + tax+ services fee. Not worth it. The reason for low review is not for the food or customer service rather for Pizza Hut's Policy deciding to withhold plates and charge for pepper/ cheese."

"placed an order and arrived super late, and it was somebody’s else order- how can they deliver the wrong order to the wrong address? do they not ask for an address for a reason??!! ugh! where is the common sense please !! i called and Jessica hung up on me a couple of times and when I called back she said the restaurant is too busy for her to deal with this.. like what??!!’ are you serious? you delivered my pizza cold and is the wrong order, yet had the audacity to curse at me and hang up again.. i called and someone else told me that is their manager wow!! a manager that talks to customers like that!!???!! wow! just wow!!! if you don’t want to talk to customers then don’t make mistakes and deliver my pizza, my order correct and warm not cold!!!!! she is a horrible manager!!"

JESSICA- the so call manager gets on the phone and uses profanity, cursing left and right saying it’s not their fault on why the order was wrong, and delivered cold!!! who does this? no respect for customers nor sense of hood customer service .. ugh! terrible place, just terrible. never ordering from here nor dealing with people like her.."
