Papa Johns Pizza

"My family ordered a large cheese pizza and large cheese sticks on 6/2/23. the delivery guy brought a medium pizza. When we tried to call about the issue, the guy that answered the phone kept hanging up on us. We called several times, and every time the man hung up. Not a good way to keep customers. This used to be our favorite pizza, but not anymore."

"Horrible! This isn't the first time this has happend. I order from app and it tells me 35 to 45 minutes ETA. This last time 1 1/2 hours pass by and I call. The unprofessional kid says he has no drivers available. He said I am next though. 2 hours and 15 minutes the pizza gets delivered and everything was cold. And I mean cold not just cooled off a little. Last time ill every order from this place."

"Ordered 2 large pizzas online for delivery. In a nutshell, pizza came after 2 hours and 15 minutes even though the ETA online was 50-65 minutes. Pizza was cold when it got here. More info: I ordered online for our kids and Babysitter before we left. We realized pizza did not get to house in time. The delivery driver actually called us after 1 1/2 hours to let us know she is sorry and leaving now and will be here in 15 minutes. She continued to complain how busy they were and how her store was not handling it well. It took her another 45 minutes to get to our house. Again, cold pizza. We left Cypress and arrived in San Diego by the time the pizza came. I called the location the next day and could not get ahold of manager. Called again the day after, was on hold for 15 minutes at 11am. Finally was told a manager would call me back. Manager never called. I called them back that night and employee told me he didn't have time to "deal with me" then refused to give me his name. I called Corporate, spent another 30 minutes on phone giving a report. After 30 minutes, she told me "Ok, so I'll send them complaint to the franchise location manager to handle." So it went Full Circle. She ASSURED me it would be addressed and handled within 48 hours. NOPE, never heard from them. So I paid, and TIPPED $5, for 2 cold pizzas. ...and this was not the 1st negative experience with this location since moving into this neighborhood. I'm done. Hello Valuetinas, Dominoes and Pizza Hut!!!"

"Papa John's driver is a genius. Lot completely empty and he parks in the only turning lane to get I to Target."
