"I had the same horrible experience as reviewer "Kelly H" described. Where is the manager? Also what about NO TRANSPARENCY with COVID-positive manager. I love the staff. I have no complaints about the sales staff-- they were wonderful. Every time I went into the store, the manager was nowhere to be found. This location's manager also doesn't staff properly (number of sales staff on the floor is unacceptably low). A few times only one employee was in the store handling ALL the customers. Where was the manager? Whenever I saw the manager she wasn't wearing a mask. Thank goodness I am vaccinated. Most alarming was the manager having COVID, still came to work, and apparently did not disclose to employees that she has been was COVID positive. Customers and employees were likely exposed. (not CDC compliant)..... SOMA Del Monte Center needs upper management intervention. Never going back."
"Never going here again; manager Amy is rude and mistreats employees. Covid is not taken seriously by management. My favorite employees left all at once (likely due to mistreatment) and now it’s unbearable."
