Little Caesars Pizza

"Over an hour to get the pizza in my hands after I made an online order for two pizzas. When I got there my code didn't work and I worked my way to the register where a single cashier was taking orders from three or four people when a co worker came to the front and I ask for help to find my order when he interrupted to say he will help me find my order and then proceeded to finish with the customer he was helping then clocked out. I was like ok this happens people aren't perfect. So I went to talk to the other single cashier who had deal with 7 people then proceeded to tell me they got rid of my pizzas because it was past the time frame for pick up which apparently is barely past 15 minutes which I fine suspicious since I saw several orders stay close to the full hour I was there. There was a poor guy there too that was waiting for 45 minutes as well and kept being told three more minutes and another lady was being lied to about how quick she could get her wings. Quite the experience it would probably help to have more than one person being able to work the register when there are getting close to 10 people waiting."

"The truth is I spent 40 minutes ordering my pizza and I better came. They have no coordination, and lack of customer service. The manager or person in charge should put the order. This is a big business and because of bad people serving the customer, I think it's wrong."

"Undercooked pizza. The messed up part was that I placed the order so had to wait and this is what I got. They weren't even busy so not sure why they couldn't make sure it was fully cooked. Well I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap quality pizza."

"I have no words, wow, just wow. What can I say? Little Caesars has done it again. The customer service was bloody incredible. I felt like I could become best pals with the employees, really amazing. And as for the pizza, incredible. The sauce, the dazzling cheese. Wow. It was just great. And all for the great price of $5. Can't believe it. Pizza was righteous. Would definitely indulge again."
