"I drive from Mt Juliet to this place to buy some items, I arrived and it said open but the door was closed, I waited more than 1 hour at the place, I called twice and it never opened anything recommended. I don't know why they have a business if they don't keep an eye on it. 2:55 pm"

"Showed up at 2:45 pm. The gated access was locked, indicating the store was closed. So I called the store….. and someone answered. He said they were open today; I told him I was Standing at the entrance and it was locked. He then said he was at lunch and would be back in 20 minutes. Okayyyyy…… so we decided to wait. Nearly 30 mins later - their inventory was so limited that they didn’t have any children’s items other than infant. Frustrating and a waste of time."

"Drove from Smyrna to check out Soccers Plus arrived at 12 for opening time and store was closed. Walked around the mall and waited until 1:30 and still not open. It’s sad you can’t open at published times on google and Facebook."

We’ve been searching for good cleats, and there’s definitely a shortage of soccer stores in the area. We won’t risk driving back here again. Poor way to run a business."

The lights were on and the cage down, so I waited to see if maybe the employee stepped out. No, they were closed. This was a total waste of my time.
