"Called to inquire about what type of airbrushing they could do on a pair of shoes. The manager took the phone from the employee and proceeded to tell me his employee isn’t paid to answer my questions. Terrible customer service! We are from out of town and another business recommended we give you a call because you specialize in what we were looking for. To prevent driving another 30 mins in Nashville traffic, a phone call to inquire if you were able to do what we were looking for is feasible. Customer service should extend beyond just those that visit your store. Per your response below, there is nothing else to be said about your customer service skills. I hope that you treat your other customers with much better respect."

"Terrible service!!! White lady didn’t listen to my order. Disregarded my written request and she was the manager. When I demand a fix they tried to make me buy another shirt and pay extra. Never recommending this horrible establishment! Paid $45 for a shirt I bought."
