"Let alone that it’s expensive even for defective last call sale products. Some of the staff are not trained well and are put during busy times on the cash. I realized after a week that she added an item that I didn’t buy, I just asked her about the price and never took it! That’s after along time of punching wrong numbers! I wanted to check an item at full price. She kept saying but this is on full price and I kept explaining that I know and I would like to check this item! Seriously, that was one of the worst experiences ever!"

"This place has a great variety of potential gifts and the staff is incredible. I had been in the shop just last weekend and purchased two beautiful mugs. When I got to Long Beach I could not find them. I called the shop and made contact with Manager Stephanie. she was very sympathetic and helpful. she took pictures of the mugs and sent them to me and I was able to reorder the gifts. She went totally out of her way to help me and resolve my problem. You go Stephanie. I hope this place appreciates the great employee you are. I know I do."
