I told them that I would be there in 15-20 minutes, when I arrived there were people in the shop. I got out of my vehicle and was promptly greeted as I walked in the door, and was able to get right into a chair as other guests were leaving. They listened to me throughly as I told them how I typically have my hair cut by someone who has been doing it for several years now. And she did an amazing job listening, I was asked multiple times how I liked the look throughout the cut and multiple times she went right back to work to ensure that I was more than 100% satisfied with the job that she had done. And I must say that I will definitely be giving them another opportunity to cut my hair again in the very near future!"
