"The haircut we received was excellent. She was extremely patient and efficient with my 2 year old for his first cut. The only reason I’m giving them a 4 is because we had a booking at 10:45 and they didn’t seat him until 11:10. I understand that it was a Saturday, but I feel like the online booking system set the place up for failure as there were way too many appointments offered, considering the amount of people there. My daughter had an 11:15 appointment afterwards, but by that point it was 11:25 and she told me there were still 2 other children before her to go. I had them cancel her appointment (which they kindly did) because there was no way my son was going to be able to manage another 20 minutes of waiting. I am grateful for the hair stylist’s kindness and expertise, but I feel like the management of the weekend scheduling could be improved on."

When we got to Cookie Cutters, there were other families there, but we sat on the couch and played while we waited. The stylist made sure my son was comfortable and was patient when he giggled because the clippers were ticklish. Haircut turned out great and my son was so excited to get a balloon and lollipop!"
