"I placed an on line.order waited 10 days for it to arrive to find out my order was incomplete. Called customer service waited 20 minutes in the que. They will resend the missing items but now I have to wait another 7-14 days. The one item was a dress for.my granddaughter to wear for her first day of school as a 1st grader. Now I am going to have to go find another dress so she has one for that day. Not very happy. I asked if they could rush the order since this was clearly not my fault and the reply I got was no I'm sorry. Customer service isnt what it use to be. I will continue to shop here however I am very disappointed."

"I couldn't disagree more with the post below mine! Today I went to The Children's Place for my first-time to buy presents for my three-year-old cousin's upcoming birthday. I received a lot of help and friendly customer service. I was helped finding sizes for my cousin who is really more like a sister I never had. The two women who worked today were so so helpful and were assisting so many customers at once ! What a fun store! I am a cat girl, but my little cousin is super into unicorns and hates cats. There were so many cute unicorn shirts and the employees really helped me narrow down when I was having extreme difficulties. Hah! I even opened a store credit card. I'll be back to this location hopefully soon. I can't wait to see my cousin wear her outfit! (w/a red yo-yo she requested and I still need to find) ^_^"

"I am very disappointed in the customer service at this store. They do not value their customers what so ever. I was in this store with my clients. My client and I patiently waited for the customer service rep, Rochelle, to return to the counter. And she did after 3 minutes to help an older lady exchange tights from size small to medium. Annoying but ok the customer service reps mistake. Another woman lined up after that older lady though we were still at the counter. Rochelle did not turn around and ask if we needed assistance, she didn't ask the other customer to wait as we required service first she promptly took the next customer who arrived well after Rochelle knew we were at the counter. At that point I walked out with my client, who was extremely disappointed by the fact that he could not purchase his item. I think it's a shame this store doesn't value its customers, even the disabled ones."

"Haven't been in the actual store but online ordering is the absolute worst. You never know what you're actually going to receive because more than half the items are actually not available. They ship what they do have and then send you an email telling you what items were cancelled. Calling to speak with someone can pretty much guarantee at least 45 minutes of your time and all they offer is a coupon to get a discount on future items , again you don't know what your actually getting. Their stock isn't updated in real time is the excuse so just because your able to order doesn't mean that you will get it.... to make it sweeter after ordering only from them only twice ever.. first order of which 5/11 items were canceled, i never recieved. Second order 3/5 items were canceled and one of the items i recieved was not even the item that i ordered. Was on hold 45 min before getting a live person just to have my call disconnected... I might try going inside the actual store one day because clothes are actually nice but i will never order online again.. worst online ordering experience ever...#sticktoamazon"
