"Went in for the first time ever for my girlfriend and was very unsure of where things were in the store. The employees saw how lost I looked and helped me find every area I needed! Very kind and helpful, I’ll be coming back for more gifts in the future."
"Customer Service here is only used when they suspect someone of theft. They aren't much helpful, and the only thing the teams think to stay on is what they can't do and not what they can do to help. The sense of urgency is dead there and the lady that was at the register didn't want to help ring anyone and waited 5 minutes and a line get 6 deep without helping anyone and then calls for the cashier. This place is falling apart."
"I went in today and had a few questions. The first associate was a little helpful but the second associate I spoke to gave me the same answer over and over like a robot. I asked 3 separate question to which she responded exactly the same each time. So odd! Not a great experience."
"I went in today and was measured, I was measured incorrectly! Tried on the bras and when I asked for assistance from the computer inside the fitting room, no one came. I left the fitting room to get them myself and saw 3 of the employees gossiping and laughing about inappropriate things. The other 2 employees who helped me, one of which was a wonderful gentleman helped me and another employee with glasses. Those 2 were employees were wonderful!! Thank goodness for those 2!"
