"This lady has been OVERTLY combative with me on several occasions and yesterday when I tried to avoid her she literally followed up on our previous encounter in which she can't be bothered to get off of her personal cell phone conversations to assist with any attempted purchases and or with anything that requires keys multiple times I've tried to purchase an abundance of mounting hardware but am met with hostel unprofessional behavior, The first two times I played the bigger person I remember clearly because it was the day after New Year's the second time,but the third time myself wife and special needs child were met with collectively combative Behavior as a result."
