"Weird environment. I went to do some shopping with friends and some girl kept staring at us in a weird way. As we were paying, she gave us attitude and ignored our question regarding deals as well. We managed to get her name though because this guy was helping us. I think her name was Shannon or Sharon. So rude."

"So I had to do last minute shopping for someone, and on their website it said that they're open till 7 p.m.. I arrived in the store 6:10 and when we walked in they told us that the store is closed, but their door was open and we explain to them that their website says that they're should be open until 7 p.m.. They were not really rude, butdidn't even want to accommodate us and let us do our last-minute shopping.i explained to them that they should have close the door at least so the customer would know and understand but when the doors are open that means the business still operating and they should have no excuse to accommodate the customer that's walking in. They should have corrected their hours on there website maybe a week or two ahead of time. Very unprofessional of them. I would go back to tillys, but, I would not go back to this particular store."

"Horrible customer service. If you don't look white you get no acknowledgement. I was there for 30 minutes before anyone asked if I needed help. Gazelle was the only o e who came and asked. She was helpful for the questions that I had. When I walked over to the register I waited and waited until I went to look for someone. The gentleman told me he was goi g o right someone up and I'd be next; unfortunately that is not what happened. Someone else got rang up and while I patiently waited, two more gals came to the second regester but didn't say anything. . Sad to say that every time I'm in there , the same scenario plays out. Maybe if I looked white I would get the same attention my mother-in-law gets. I will never give this place any of my money for the ripped of cultural over priced rags they carry."

"No costumer service they only help people who they know í waited 30 minutes for a size. Of shoe and 30 minutes to pay because the person in charge of the register was chatting with her friend after waiting so long to pay í simple left everything on the counter and walk out í hope they go broke"
