"Kind of a mess and clutter of stuff. Feels a bit like a Goodwill store rather than a place selling Nordstrom's inventory overhang. TJ Maxx does a better job at the displays and shelves."

"Visited NR store at Oakridge, Julie at the fitting room Was helping me. She went out of her way to look for coat in different size that I needed, she even checked all other stores availability. She was able to find it on the floor and she was so happy to inform me. She is very pleasant and has great customer service skills. We need more people like her. Iva"

"Wow! Be prepared to be impressed. I had a party of one - and found stunning clothes at great prices. Plan on spending time...there were racks and racks of (impressive mark down) outfits. Swooped up perfect items to wear to party/Holiday events. Shoe Dept is huge...will return."
