"December 03,2023 This was my third time eating here and I must say I am very disappointed. The only thing good was the young man who waited on us. My aunt got the chicken fried steak because it came recommended from a friend. It was disgusting she couldn’t even eat it. I tried a piece of it and spit it out immediately. When my aunt went up to pay it was the owner who rang her up, she politely told him the chicken fried steak was not very good and she wasnt able to eat it. His response was oh really and just shrugged his shoulders at her. You would think as owner he would of asked her the reason why she didn’t like it. But nothing. She wasn’t looking for free meal she paid her bill. They need to learn better customer service. Will not be going back!"

"Stopped on out way home from Monterey. We got Chicken Fried steak with biscuits and gravy. You could cut the chicken fried steak with a fork and it was delicious. The biscuits were also very soft and gravy was perfect. We also got a grilled cheese and ham. Simple and yummy. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We will be back again."

"Everyone needs to go and try this restaurant they have some great breakfast! I've tried the french toast and it's so good! Chicken fried steak is great also. The classic eggs Benedict to die for. Plus the price is right. The staff is friendly!"

"As Recommended by a Friend When We Were Talking about Breakfast. He said to Try Country Kitchen. So on 6/8/23, I Drove Out there from Monterey. I saw a Cute Little Diner. I walk in Sat at the Counter. I check Menu. Order The Short Stack with Bacon Scramble eggs. It Was Just like home. Significant Portion Fluffy Pancakes Crispy Bacon. Service was Good. ts Nice to Go To a Local restaurant and Everyone Knows each other. When I finished I go Pay She says Thank you, young Man. If She Only Knew my age I will go back"
