"I've been going to The Beauty Paradise for years, and one thing I can say here is that I've received excellent customer service from the owner and other helps. They stock beautiful items that you cannot see around easily. They braid hair too but I've not had my hair braided by them though but I always see them braid hair. I love that store and their excellent customer service. This is a go to shop when it's your birthday or you're going on a vacations or just going out, I love this store this is my go to store."

"Horrible customer service. Came there for something for my daughter to wear to school to represent her culture. The lady was so busy arguing with a lady on the phone she couldn’t even help me. Kids clothes same price as adults and she got mad when i asked for a deal if I bought two necklaces as well. She paused her phone argument to argue with me about that. I had to leave when she proceeded to tell me how things work in America. Could’ve had a repeat customer if she had better people skills but I’m actually relieved I didn’t spend my money there. Wish I could’ve gave zero stars."
