"I went into this store on a Monday afternoon and as I entered there were not one not two not three but four employees standing at the register seemingly not busy with anything but running their mouths with their thumbs up their butt. Were we greeted? No, did they ask if we needed help? of course not, no worries though as we proceeded to the shoe section to find a work boot did anyone come to assist us? You guessed it, no. Unfortunately my size was not on the floor so we left, did the same four employees congregated at the register ask us if we found what we were looking for? Do I even need to ask? I understand customer service in general is in decline but these 4 employees can be the poster children on how not to stay in business"
