Poker’s Pizza Shafter

"My family got take out from this place first time we try it and it will be the last rotten ranch the parmesan cheese and garlic on the bread sticks was completely spoiled and smelled horrible save yourself the money and eat somewhere else this place doesn’t care that they might hurt someone with their rotten food and condiments the pizza was mediocre at best don’t come here."

"If you are going to charge for eating at the restaurant let your customers know in advance.. it would be nice to know in advance that you are being charged for any extra condiments."

"Last time I ordered pizza it was undercooked, so this time I asked for well done but it was sauce less, patches of sauce, when this place first opened the quality was great I had always recommended this place now it seem that if I don’t order well done pizza it’s undercooked leading to they’re in a hurry and lowering their quality. I’m done with this place. I thought this was Shafter’s new pizza spot but I guess a 20 minute drive is worth quality."

"Ordered pizza , when I opened the box Unfortunately I found 2 black hairs embedded on the pizza. I took pictures and called Pokers to return pizza and get refund .I spoke with a man named Carlos as soon as I told him about the hairs on the pizza he not only did not apologize but was rude ,unprofessional and had the audacity to accuse us of putting the hairs on the pizza!. That is unacceptable! It is not right to treat customers like that . We will never order from Poker's Pizza in Shafter again."
