"Bargain quality clothing- here’s the best store for it all across the USA! I visited both the Roseburg, OR and San Jose, CA stores and got items that are such a blessing to me. Also I need to commend them for this incident that happened. I mistakenly paid twice for an item at the self checkout counter and only discovered some days later as I was about to leave the USA. I was concerned because I was already in NJ and far from the store in CA where I did the purchase! But when I emailed their customer service I got a prompt response and a refund within 3 days! Wow! That blew me away"

"As you know if you can find a lot of clothes for kids grownups even animals dogs and cats there's a section for toys and home essentials but I don't like this story because it is relatively small and it is packed with a lot of items even if you want to walk inside and between the clothes Isle it's not easy it's all messy everytime You go. The lineup for the cashier is very long and there is only one lady working on the cashier"

"Store was alot more cleaner than usual. Wasn't overwhelming with too many shoppers. Staff was friendly although a bit rushed. I'll definitely be going back to this Ross. The Staff is much friendlier and more relaxed than the usual Ross workers."
