The customer service was not great, there was this coldness from the staff to help and answer questions, and a lot of confusion/difficulty when asking if they offered discounts (student, teachers, vets, etc.). My first pair of mega crush crocs cute though. If you looking service, baby just shop online. Maybe the stores back home in Chicago are better."
