"I visited the ecco store today with the intention of getting me some new shoes since mine have had better days. Well there was two sales personal in the store. Neither one greeted me or my two kids with me I keep looking at both of them as I walked the shoes and never did they offer to help me and when I mentioned it to my son about no one helping us. I said it load for them to hear and the blond heavy with one just threw his shoulders in the aid and looked down. Poor customer service . Will never go to the store again."

"My mother and I visited the Opry Mills Ecco shoe store today. The customer service was outstanding for anytime visiting a store; however, during these times when some people don't want to work it was refreshing to see young adults act so professional. We were greeted as soon as we walked into the store and asked if they could help. We told them we were just browsing for the time being. Charles was the employee that assisted us when we had questions and he went above and beyond answering questions and explaining the shoes to us. He was cordial, respectful and very professional the whole time we needed his help. He explained the shoes in detail to my mother explaining why he thought she would prefer some better than others because of the different styles and he was correct. She bought 4 pairs of shoes and me 3. Again, everyone in the store was great, but Charles was wonderful! Thank you for all of your help!"
