"I love their wings, but I'm not a Drinker so I do the pickup order. The most recent 2 times have not gone well. The first time, they forgot the fries we had ordered. This most recent time, the app delayed the pickup time over and over for about 2 hours, so I eventually just went in and it was already ready and had gotten cold. I like their food, but their service and communication with the app needs some work."

"Watched the Chiefs win the AFC championship here while on vacation in CA. The staff and management were great. The place was clean, the food was good and the TVs are awesome."

"As soon as I came in, I was seated by a host that was very personable and friendly enough. Eventually, the server came over and took my drink order. I ordered traditional chicken wings with barbecue sauce. In addition to cheese curds. I had to repeat it two or three times because he tried to place the order in his iPad. One of the staff tried to serve me french fries, that I didn’t order. When My chicken, wings and curry came. I noticed that the wings were way overcooked and there was just a small drizzle of barbecue sauce on them. Couple of the wings were so overcooked I couldn’t eat the whole thing. if you’re coming in here to watch sporting events, they got it covered because there must be 25 TVs mounted on the wall visible from everywhere in the room."

"To be honest this has to be the worst BWW that I have ever been to. I have been here at least 7 times due to a group of friends who enjoyed the cheap buy one get one boneless wings on Thursdays. The service is always trash. Mixed up orders, inattentive servers, new employees every week, I can say without a doubt every time I’ve been here I’ve had to have something corrected once I’ve gotten my food or my bill. The food is run of the mil and the ambiance is nice if you like watching sports. There’s no real reason to come except for the bogo boneless wings on Thursdays."

"Has a strong sports atmosphere, with good food. Don't get the spicy garlic wings or lemon zest wings. Had a chicken burger which was very good. Server was nice, but over all service left a little to be desired, just a little. Over all recommend for sports parties and friends."
