"Another visit to this well-established spot for sushi in Seaside. The fish quality was still excellent, seasoning for everything was still on point (especially soups/stock), tempura batter was still light and airy, and the staff was still friendly and provided great service with warmth and professionalism. Unfortunately, today, the Tanindon was advertised as having thinly sliced beef in the menu, but came out with chopped chunky beef. The flavors carried the bowl but a little let down with the meat. They also never brought out the miso soup that comes with it. I didn't realize it until we left. The staff was very friendly so I'm sure they would have taken care of it if I had caught it earlier."

"Great Nabayaki udon! Great selection of rolls and other dishes. They have a fun specials daily menu. Make sure to get in before 6pm during the weekend because this place gets Busy! "Hands down our go-to sushi spot in the Monterey Bay Area! It is hard to choose a favorite dish here because everything is so good! The Ocean Roll, Pacific Roll, and Riki Roll are definitely our top favorites! The tuna tartar carpaccio was delicious! Top highlights of this restaurant - quality fish, great service, fair prices, and wonderful atmosphere! Do yourself a favor and head over to Ichi-Riki for some great food and vibes!"

"This is my second visit and it won’t be my last. The food is incredible. Great nigiri, fresh and very reasonably priced. On this occasion I ordered the nigiri and the tempura udon. The two other dishes were complementary, by the very nice chef at the bar. The complimentary dishes were delicious. The service could’ve been better. I feel like the waiters on both visits haven’t been very attentive. Great food and it’s very reasonably priced."
