"Smokey air or not we made our way to Betty's Burgers around 4:30 pm. People were just starting to filter in. Today we ordered 1 Betty's burger and 1 super max w/bacon and a basket of regular fries. About 5-8 minutes later we had the first bite, and it was delicious! Old malt shop taste with everything on it plus their special lube sauce! It had been ages since we had this taste treat. As usual the service was excellent and friendly. I believe there are 3 different locations in Santa Cruz. This one on 41st St. Is our favorite as it has inside and outside dining that is mostly out if the wind."

"Cute little old timey diner with straightforward and delicious burgers! I love their homemade veggie patties which is a great alternative to the more processed meat alternative patties. Highly recommend the curly fries! Great service and friendly staff. Very clean!"

"Great place, does not have the other Betty’s charm but feels nicer and more modern for people who like it! Tbh it might just be the vibe but we all liked the other Betty’s food better but this was super awesome too! They have interesting mixes of burgers can not really go wrong with this place! Cleanness: clean, bathrooms were a little vandalized but generally clean Menu diversity: mostly burgers and some salads Service: good Price: very fair Seating: inside, outside under a covered area Parking: easy! Noise: not very noisy"
