"After recently going to many restaurants where the staff were unable to perform their jobs without electronic aids and were not able to listen to the customer or be friendly, Lillian's was a fantastic experience Our server Dena was gracious, very professional yet friendly, knew exactly when to check in without hovering, was able to take orders without a computer aid. She is a true professional food server. Food was very good and all the meals arrived at the same time, which seems to be a forgotten concept in dining, and the remaining staff were extremely attentive and efficient. We conveyed our terrific experience to the manager, Leslie, and talked with her for a short while. This experience renewed our faith in eating out. And the prices were really quite reasonable for the quality of the food. Very happy customers!"

"Great find. My friends and I were unsure of what to eat while in Santa Cruz but we ultimately ended up at Lillian’s. I had one of the best Shrimp scampi with fettuccine. It was juicy, full of flavor and the presentation was just wonderful. The waitress was attentive and we were offer water around the clock. Everyone was polite. Highly recommended,"
