"My experience here the staff members are very nice. I enjoy going to look around their store purchased sweaters, hat, belt jeans, necklace & scarf there."
"The staff are friendly and helpful. It's supposedly a curbside pick. But their on line store messed up my order. After talking to their rep on the phone for about 2 hours and reordering everything the staffs quickly worked on to it and was able to provide me my orders."
"Always have best experience here .. sometimes some staff is not very customer friendly but 90% time it's work well . You will have lot of office and formal clothes here with lots of different style and material with all sizes . I like the quality of closths better than other similar brand names. Floor managers are also very helpful and go above and beyond their capacity to make custom happy."
"Small to medium sized store. Service is average, cleanliness too. They don't sell everything that is sold on the BR Factory Store website. The main issue here is with the cash registers and the card readers. Every time I pay with a debit or credit card, it process the charge but says there's an error. The cashier then makes me do it again, and it eventually goes through without an error. When I check my online banking, I can see that I've gotten double charged. 7-10 days later, this charge disappears, but you have to keep checking to make sure. This is not an issue at any other BRFS. I can't believe after 6 months, they haven't addressed the issue with their faulty card readers at this store."
"Awesome store. Awesome staff. Awesome clothes. What more do you need?"
