"The employees here share a single braincell, always talking nasty about others when they’re working at a Goodwill xD you can honestly find better stuff and people elsewhere"
"I try to buy an item “priced “in good will store in Soledad. The assistant Manager Mayra did not let me buy it . She was unprofessional in her customer service. This is rude ."
"A clean and we'll organized store. The employees are friendly and helpful, and the music is upbeat and family friendly. Most items are reasonably priced. Sale items, identified by designated color tags, are sometimes difficult to find, so go early in the day for the best deals."
"Staff is great except for one young clean cut thin fellow. He was very rude on more than on occasion. Didn't appreciate that, Other than that it was a good experience"
"Nice store but who's coming up with these prices found donated items from department stores that were double the price tag from the store I've been to various goodwill stores but for some reason this one is very pricey compared to others. I don't go there to hear about the employees speak about there personal problems. And why do they have so many employees there if they can't even coordinate the clothing properly I went to look for an XL shirt and all I found under the XL tags Was every size but a XL found women and children clothing in the men wrack many of the dishes still had food in them. And when you try to plug in an electronic you face the risk of being electrocuted as I has seen from personal experience (employee).also when you ask you what colors are on sale they only mention the color of the week but fail to mention the other color that they know is 75% off for that day. Also they don't properly price items you will find one item for one price and find exactly the same item for a completely insane price. We all shop at goodwill to get lower prices but endup paying in some cases more then retail price for an item aND when you go aND asK why an item is priced so high all they can tell you is that, that's how it was sent to the store and that there is nothing they can do about it which in my opinion is really quite rediculous........... plus when you shop at thrift stores like goodwill your helping save the environment by recycling products that would be in other words thrown away. In my personal opinion I would pass on this store and go to the one in Gilroy instead it's a lot bigger they have more choices and items are for the most part clean."
