"My visits to the Soledad Carl's Jr. are usually quite satisfying. Service quality is nice as I witness the collaborations of the daytime management with the staff. I can't say enough about the overall attention of good efforts the staff gives as they fulfill customer satisfaction goals. A good manager leads by example and my most recent interaction with the dayshift manager proved to be measurably pleasing. Fast food at this Carl's Jr. means promptly prepared food that satisfies my taste. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"I usually don’t write reviews but fast food places should be commended when they raise the bar. I went in expecting a “carl’s jr” burger and received a real burger that actually tasted like quality and was really good. House made ranch too. Was really pleasantly surprised."

"My wife and I were driving through town on the way south and stopped for fuel. While there, we decided to pick up some food for the drive and stopped at Carl's Jr. The food, unfortunately, was a disappointment. My wife's Famous Star and Zucchini Bites were decent, but the bun on my Double Cheeseburger was stale and hard. My burger was also lacking enough sauce, so it was very dry. And of course, it's difficult to go back and ask for a correction when you're back on the freeway. Hopefully, this was just a one-time event. I did notice that they only had two workers while we were there (about noon on a Friday)."

"I stopped here for lunch, half way on a long drive to the central coast. It's conveniently located just off Hwy 101. Open and ample free parking. I dined-in. I wasn't very hungry and the person who took my order was very friendly and helpful in suggesting a small meal. There was another customer with very young children who were enjoying the play area. The food is good. The restroom is clean and well maintained."

"Wonderful experience with this carls Jr. We came from out of town and wanted some breakfast. We got chicken biscuits. Our cashier was kind and helpful. Definitely a 5 star place."
