"This was the first time I had visited LOKUM in San Luis Obispo California. It is a wonderful store that is visually stunning! The Turkish coffee was perfect along with the Turkish delight candy. I can not think of any other store that is similar to this one. It is a unique experience that someone who is visiting San Luis Obispo should not miss. LOKUM is conveniently located near The San Luis Obispo Mission, on Higuera Street."

"Wonderful place, Turkish-style coffee shop!! Amazing, and it leaves you speechless. The chandeliers are beautiful, and the tea area is exquisite. Since we arrived, Isabella was super friendly and attentive, doing an excellent job of customer service!! She approached us and offered samples of the products; however, we had already set our sights on the pistachio baklava—simply incredible. The delicate layer of pastry perfectly harmonized with the syrup and nuts! It's something hard to describe! The tables, the details—truly a place I would love to have near where I live, to go every afternoon for a good Turkish coffee and delight in those sweets that envelop the senses."

"Absolutely gorgeous store! It caught my eye from the street and I HAD to go in. Coffee, tea, and a variety of Turkish wares to buy. Massive choices of baklava, Turkish delight, and other desserts. The Coffee menu has wonderful variety. Beautiful shop to explore and stop for a break in. I could have spent my entire paycheck here. Adored it!"

"Best baklava I’ve ever had. All of the Turkish delight and other sweets beer very good as well. They’re generous with samples so you can take your time picking out your favorites. A small box costs about $35, but you can just select small pieces of each sweet if you wish. We also got the ottoman coffee which was good - but a unique taste (very earthy). Just a fun enjoyable experience for an out of the ordinary treat. We love coming here when we visit slo!"
