"Very poor customer service. I bought three items, and a few days later wanted to return one of them (the cheapest one, by the way). They told me they NEVER do returns. Period. After much arguing they eventually gave me my money back. But how can a store at these price points in fashion think it's ok to not do returns? Blows my mind. I'll never go back. I suggest you just go to Neiman to buy your Loro Piana - same products with much better customer service."
