"I saw the reviews on here were so high. I have not had a bbq until stopping here that took me back 50 years. Ordered 2 Brisket sandwiches, one with green beans and one with Mac. The Mac was great, but the green beans I believe were cooked with ham hocks. Just off the hook delicious. The sandwiches were delicious also. The sauce is as its described in its name. I was stuffed and wasn't going to touch the peach cobbler. I warmed it up and bang right back to my country, childhood again. Thanks, Burford. See you soon . "Can't say enough great things to say about this place. Was planning to go to another place but they were closed so we ended up here. Boy I am glad my cousin picked this spot. There were 5 of us and all our dishes were so good. We all loved the Mac and cheese. I had the fried catfish and it was so delicious and the host was kind enough to make me some tartar sauce. Had to end the meal with the peach cobbler so good. The host made everyone feel so much at home Great service atmosphere and great bang for the buck. Can't wait to tell more people about this place, Already looking forward to going back."

"Pleasant surprise in Antioch. Reviews were good and was going to be in town around noon. Our timing was good, because a parade had just ended and we walked in and ordered just before a rush. Even though they seemed swamped, they were friendly and the food was very good. Shrimp on the Po Boy Sandwich was hot, fresh and delicious. BBQ sauce on the brisket was also very good. They sell BBQ sauce, too, in interesting sounding flavors with sassy names. Now, I have a go-to place when I go to Antioch."
