"Little Caesars Pizza is good, for what it is. Essentially, fast food pizza. What would push it to the next higher step, not to be confused with "the next level," is the atmosphere combined with a good crew. Having visited several Little Caesars in the bay area I've seen they are basically all about the same atmosphere-wise. A partially stocked beverage cooler, a "pizza locker" in varying condition, and a hand sanitizer station. The front windows are covered with the most recently received versions of the deal of the sale-period. The difference between any of these bay area Little Caesars comes down to the crews. Some neighborhoods have good crews and some have crews as good as the manager's can find in their neighborhoods. Perhaps the manager's could not just offer higher wages to their crews, but expect higher caliber crews for the wages offered, the overall scores from customers might improve. Pay higher wages. Expect better from the crew. Get a better atmosphere from your crews. Achieve higher ratings from basically the same pizza. (But I'll bet the pizza will improve as well.) But...small steps."
