The Boiling Crab is a lively and vibrant seafood restaurant located at 1631 East Capitol Expressway in San Jose, California. Our story began in 2004 with our fishermen who were more interested in creating delicious dishes with their fresh catch than swapping sea tales at the local bar. Each day, we write our story in Sha-bang sauce on your bib and with beer spilt across the table, creating a unique dining experience for our guests. Our guests leave with smiles and smears of sauce on their faces, as they taste and live the stories we create through our flavorful dishes.

"This restaurant is pretty good and reasonable. Don't be afraid for 'Market Price'. For 2 guys, $ 100 ~ 150 was also enough to enjoy dishes. And special sauce makes dishes very good also. You can add some toppings like corns, boiled rice, ... Etc to enjoy it more. Service was also good."
