"They've got a new store format where you shop on mobile and an employee pulls your size from the back - I think, I was just making an exchange so I didn't need to shop. I think I encountered 4 employees from the door to the counter and everyone was extremely helpful while being genuine and not annoying. The exchange was quick and efficient, which I really appreciated since I had my kid with me. They even offered a balloon and expedited grabbing my new size. That's some top notch customer service that I totally wasn't expecting and was very pleasantly surprised by!"

"I like 'em cuz they cheap and the stock moves quickly. Not thrilled with this summer's patriotic theme because I think it is rude to wear -and blare- one's nationalism. Red, white and blue clothes with "America", "USA" and the stars and bars just seems ... lame? Thankfully they'll be on to the next theme in a few weeks. I like Old Navy because it is predictable."
