"Ordered 2 10 boneless chickens with large fries. All employees felt rather newly hired as they did not know the answers to some of our questions. The order came out after about 20-30 minutes. We opened our order and were heavily disappointed at the size of our chicken… every single one of them had the tiniest pieces and did not look to be worth what we paid. Fries were cold. Honestly became so sad as we were craving wingstop for days. We asked if we could receive a refund. None of the three employees knew how. They called a manager but they did not answer and therefore no refund… Despite one of the worst experiences we’ve had at wingstop, the employees were not rude (pos employee was very nice) which is why I give two stars instead of one."
