MOD Pizza

"Ordered using app and pick up was set at 159. Ended up waiting 20 mins from "promised" pick-up time. Workers stated there were a lot of people who came in with no apology for the delay in service. They were also disorganized with other servers with correct orders. The size is smaller than the original order. I thought that ordering via app prevents the waiting period. I don't mind waiting 5 minutes, but 20 minutes on a "promised" time is unacceptable, especially with very bad customer service."

"Pizza Night Gone Wrong: Typically my family and I make pizzas at home but we were out and decided to get pizzas from MOD between 5:45pm and 6:30. The gentleman in the front were really nice and accommodating, however the young ladies at the register and putting the pizzas in the box were not. Those young ladies had almost zero customer service. I am vegetarian and was eating my pizza when I realized under my second to last pizza there was ground beef. I instantly felt disgusted and nauseous as I’ve been vegetarian for 7 years. I’m annoyed with how careless the young lady at the register was when I presented my pizza with the ground beef. I was told that instead of a refund I can get free pizza cards. After asking what the policy was in this regard, she stated that it was a mistake and that was all they could do. I suggested that when making meatless pizzas to be mindful and possibly have a space for those types of pizzas. It was a horrible customer service experience and food quality experience. I’m annoyed and frustrated that I couldn’t get my money back for something that was contaminated. Rest assured, I will never go back there again."

"MOD has delicious pizza for an affordable price. You can make any combination pizza you want and the price won't skyrocket. Never had a bad experience here. Pro tip, buy the root beer float. It's only a few more cents than a soda but you get endless ice cream refills and once you don't want ice cream anymore, you can fill up on soda. Great staff at this location as well."

"I like the concept of make your own pizza, with unlimited toppings. Place is nice and clean. Staff were very friendly, service was quick as well. Place does get busy during lunch time. Pizza taste great with loaded toppings! Highly recommend this place."
