"Our male waiter was rude and kept rushing us to order. There was 5 of us. I asked for well done fried chicken sandwich. Everything came luke warm, definitely not well done or extra crispy chicken. I told the waiter and he raised his voice to say it was done right. I handed him my plate and grabbed the plate from my hand and slammed it on the other table. My sister had gotten a very well done chicken sandwich and I think the plates had got mixed up. The manager came out and fixed his mistake / mess. She actually made me something else. It all worked out and although his attitude did change... the damage had been done for our visit."

"I had a really bad experience at this Chili's and almost had to go to urgent care due to a problem with food consumption!! I won't go into detail but be very careful while eating here. Or don't go at all. I will never go back to this restaurant and any time I eat out again I will be super careful or won't even risk eating anything that looks edible but isn't and could harm you!!"

"Came in at 8pm on a Saturday to try to get seated. Had about 5 people walk pass us and look at us, but never acknowledged us. Never even got a “hey guys one second”. There was barely anyone in the restaurant so it’s not like it was busy. But no problem, we just went to the one on Coleman instead :)"

"I have to love this place if only because it is the favorite restaurant of my daughter. But it is nice that they have options which I enjoy as well, such as shrimp fajitas which are very good here (their Cajun pasta is also pretty decent). My daughter usually gets the same thing, a macaroni and cheese which just has to be in that style, or else she wouldn't eat it, along with Mandarin oranges. Most importantly though, for it to be the perfect dinner for my daughter, it has to end with the molten chocolate cake which only Chili's knows how to make the way she likes. The place is very spacious and clean and the service is always excellent, they always make sure that we are satisfied. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait , but now they finally have started seating in the bar again since the pandemic, and there's usually almost no wait to sit in the bar. I definitely recommend this place for families, but is also good for a group of adults since they have some nice drinks and plenty of decent appetizers."

"Came here about an hour and a half before closing and there was surprisingly a 15 minute wait for a table even though the place was fairly empty. Our waitress wasn't super friendly but our orders were correct so that was a plus. Our food was okay tasting and not cold but it wasn't spectacular. Our salsa was basically just water and the bathroom was dirty but it was just about closing time."
