"I placed an online order today for (2) sandwiches and (2) wraps. When I got home, three of the four sandwiches were not made correctly. Both wraps were wrong and one of the sandwiches was not what I ordered. This location charges an average of $10+ per sandwich. I understand that mistakes happen but this level of error is beyond a mistake. I will not be spending any money at this location again and caution the community to beware. Update 5/10 I was contacted by the store owner about this order. He was proactive about resolving the issue and indicated that he would be speaking to his staff about the errors. He also initiated a refund for the sandwiches that were incorrectly made without me asking. I appreciate the proactive service in correcting this. Because of this I have changed my rating."

"Wonderful place to eat. We like the assortment of breads and meat selection. Hit or cold sandwiches it’s plenty full. Get chips and a drink to go. Prices are reasonable."

"Possibly the worst treatment I’ve ever received from a takeout restaurant. I was not greeted or acknowledged once entering and stepping to the pickup counter. I had to initiate them to handle my online order, for it not to be ready. They didn’t even ask me what my order name was, then made the sandwiches wrong. Upon reentering I was met with more cold shoulders, eye rolls and muttering under their breaths when I informed them this order was made incorrectly. They continuously deflected fault by stating it was my fault for this poor service and disbelieving me when I said the sandwiches weren’t made right. I am baffled at why I was met with such contempt for merely trying to pickup my online order. This service was incredibly unprofessional."
