"I came in for a tire rotation. After completion of the rotation, I was informed that I had a nail in my right front tire and it was in a good place for a patch. I immediately went to my local tire shop for the patch. They couldn't do it since my tires were over 6 years old. I left and made a brief stop, and came out to find my tire flat as a pancake. I had to be towed to a tire shop for 4 new tires. I would have appreciated an honest opinion from the service agent about the condition of the tires PRIOR to rotation as I had to be towed, and purchase 4 new tires for $1000. Spending $39.95 on the rotation added insult to injury. When you consult an EXPERT, you expect honest feedback. I just wasted $40 today with you and even forgot to give the agent my coupon:-(("

"I took a chance and drove in for an oil change without an appointment. They looked really busy, yet told me to drive right in and that it wouldn't take long. They were indeed quick, and when I attempted to use an "on line" coupon, he offered me a military discount when he saw my ID, which was even lower than the coupon. I was very impressed; just excellent customer service. The little waiting area was no drills but acceptable. Many thanks for such a pleasant experience."

"the only reason i took my car in to get my oil changed here was because it’s a hassle to dispose of the oil when changing it yourself. BIG. MISTAKE. there was a leak on my oil pan that i was unaware of; they took it upon themselves to replace my drain plug with a magnetic drain plug. at the time i was in a rush and accepted their explanation, they made it sound great. however, magnetic drain plugs are a very, VERY temporary solution; this was not clarified to me; they told me this was a solution. these are bad for a few reasons. a) if you go through a magnetic field they can fail b) if you hit a bump wrong they can fail and then for me personally, it split in half and completely wrecked my oil pan! i am now stuck with an $1100 bill and had to call triple a. thanks. i wouldn’t be leaving this review if i had been met with any type of customer service. but the manager was incredibly rude to me, talking over me/interrupting me, contradicting me, claiming my (very talented) mechanic doesn’t know what they’re talking about, even though i was polite when explaining the issue. in combination with how lax the employees were when i went in, i can see this is a problem with bad management."
