"Pretty authentic food and it's actually good! Expect it to be busy on taco Tuesdays and pretty much any day at dinner time, but worth the wait. There are not too many places in the area as good as this one. Even some of the staple Mexican joints nearby have gone downhill over the years but so far, Tacos Papo has delivered on service and taste, so let's hope it continues! Let's not use fillers in our meats or cheap out on portions. Add this to your list of Mexican food spots!"

"Standard Mexican spot with good prices and quantity of food. It gets overly crowded on Taco Tuesdays, sometimes over run by High School kids. You can see a steady flow of all faces of people picking up, dining and lining up to order. Service is pretty fast and friendly. And you can always find parking. I love their salsa verde."

"One of the few quesabirria spots in the East Bay Solid overall, though note that it's not available on their Taco Tuesdays. The soup is pretty good, and the cheese has that great melted bite to it. Only thing I wished was done better was the shell. If I had to describe it, it's like a better version of Taco Bell's crunchy taco shell, it's thick enough to absorb the sauce, but it doesn't quite hold after 10 minutes of it sitting out."

"A local favorite perhaps, Tacos Papo offers solid Mexican favorites. We ordered the Carne Asada and Al Pastor super burritos. The burritos were quite good and good sized. Good flavors all around and their green salsa is excellent. 3 super burritos will set you back about $40."
